The M2 is the new full-frame version in the Magneto range. Building on the M1, technology its design makes it ideal for both road cycling and mountain biking. The full frame creates a robust look and the addition of an extra magnet creates more adjustability. The magnets automatically adjust to the angle of the MagClips/MagDocs, creating the securest connection yet! With its slightly narrower fit, the M2 is suited to the vast majority of face sizes, and the interchangeable lenses make sure you can wear it all year long. The lenses are ZEISS optics with Ri-Pel coating, meaning low maintenance and easy cleaning. The M2 also come with a pair of long temples so you can wear them as regular sunglasses. Ultra-grip TPR temple tips and nose pads make sure your sunglasses stay in place at all times, come wind, rain or shine.
Additionally the M2 includes 2 sets of nosepads:
- One standard fit
- One fit to set the glasses higher on the face, suitable for an aggressive race position or Asian fit.
Magneto is an award-winning and revolutionary sunglass/helmet interface that offers the user improved comfort and superior fit. Recognizing that traditional sunglass temples cause trouble for some wearers both in terms of fit, contact with the helmet’s retention system, and added pressure to the side of the head at the contact points, Lazer has eliminated these temple pieces and replaced them with a clever magnetic attachment system. The helmet strap features two clips with a small piece of rubber-coated metal at the center, this allows for an attachment with magnets that are imbedded in two short tabs that connect to the sunglass lens.
The result is a secure fit of the lens on the face but with the ability for adjustment both up and down and forwards and backwards.
With Magneto in use there, is no possibility for interference of the Rollsys retention system and the side of the head is left unobstructed to keep cool. The absence of normal sunglass temples also results in very little pressure on the user’s head, which eliminates headaches and fatigue during a long day in the saddle. Magneto is available as both an interchangeable piece with three different lens options or as a photochromatic piece with lenses that adapt automatically to varying light conditions. For off the bike use, there are standard sunglass temples included, allowing you to take Magneto with you wherever you go.
The lenses of the eyewear are easy to remove, allowing you to install the lens you need for the type of weather and sunlight outside.
Select styles of the Lazer eyewear range offer photochromic lenses that change color automatically based on varying light conditions. As the sunlight becomes more intense the lenses change from a light color to a dark color. Total lens change occurs in 7 seconds. Alternatively the lenses return to a more translucent state within 1.5 min. from being removed from sunlight.

Utilizing a proprietary lens design from Carl Zeiss Vision the area of distortion free optics is increased by 20% compared to standard decentered lenses used by most other sport optics brands. The result is superior peripheral vision to better judge obstacles around you.
The coating repels moisture, grease, dust and dirt...giving you an easy to clean, low maintenance lens.
All the Lazer eyewear uses Hydrophilic Rubber temples and nosepieces to increase grip when wet, thus helping to keep the eyewear in place during exercise on a hot day.
