COVID-19 Response - How is Online Ordering Affected

The MBS Online Store remains 100% operational as we work under COVID-19 mandated requirements.  Rest assured, our entire team processes your orders as quickly (and as safely) as possible but this takes longer than it normally would pre-COVID-19.

Order processing
Please allow a minimum of 4-7 days for our team to prepare your order. 

  • Pick up in store: We will contact you when your order is ready. Please allow a minimum of 4-7 days (longer if product is being shipped from manufacturers warehouse).

  • Online Order: You will receive an email confirmation as soon as your order is shipped.

Supplier Order Fulfillment
Please keep in mind that some of our suppliers have remained closed during the crisis and therefore we may not be able to order your item. Our suppliers are working extremely hard to manufacture and ship bikes/accessories as soon as possible, lengthy delays can be expected in many cases. 
 
Modification of an order
It is now impossible for us to modify or combine an order. If your order has not been shipped, contact us as soon as possible so that we can cancel it, you can then place a new order. If it was shipped, the normal return policy would apply. 

Customer Service
We process all of your requests as quickly as possible. Please note, however, that due to significantly higher numbers of orders, it may take up to 48 hours for orders to be processed. We will NOT respond to any email / social media direct messages regarding the status of your order.
